Customer Service

We strive to provide relevance, timeliness, and consistency in all solutions we provide. We regard all our clients and partners as our customers. Due to the high quality of our clean power solutions, there is little maintenance required after completion of works. Servicing required within the first year after completion of works will be at no extra cost. All our Solutions have 1 year warranty. It should be noted that, batteries need to be changed after approximately five years. We will provide the necessary training to the users upon operational acceptance completion of works- just before commissioning.

Confidentiality

All information gathered or held regarding the personal or business affairs or our clients will be held on strict confidence. We don’t allow employees to touch, handle unauthorized matters or visit unauthorized areas of work premises.

Handling complaints

We seek fair, just and prompt complaints resolutions. A formal appeal process is in place for any disputes regarding our services.
